A reasonable budget hotel competing with chains such as Holiday Inn Express and Premier Inn, though slightly more expensive. My room was clean and modern with blackout curtains, good soundproofing and a consistently good temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. There was a good range of pillows and I slept comfortably in the middle of the bed. There was a good walk-in shower The restaurant menu was the one area where this hotel was ahead of its competitors, with a tasty grilled chicken special and a well cooked salmon meal among the options. Also tasty were the meat and vegetarian sausages at breakfast, which was included in the price of the room and included cooked options, cereals and continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a good hotel.

Clean, easy to find everything, comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was lovely but the best of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were only there for a few days for work but their tips with ideas for places to eat and things to see made sure we maxed out the time between work meetings to the full and saw the best of Belfast in a snapshot. They supported us to find good spaces to conduct meetings (their meeting room is great) and helped with out transport back to the airport to make it all so efficient. We would especially give Stephen the General Manager 10/10 for helpfulness and support. All other staff were lovely too but we dealt with Stephen the most.

Our room was spotless and more spacious than other hotels we have stayed in. The location was good being only a short walk away from City Hall. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was exceptional. Every staff member I had an encounter with was professional and friendly. They were all extremely attentive. I would say that they were the best hotel staff I have come across whilst staying in a hotel. They have thought of lots of things. You can rent umbrellas, they have lots of games to play when it is raining and their gym is small but has high quality machines. All the food they serve is amazing and having a 24/7 option is great.

It's a very handy location just off Great Victoria Street, but quiet for sleeping at night and without much traffic noise during the day. The beds are comfortable, the curtains do a good job of blocking the city lights at night and there's secure and affordable parking just behind the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. It's still one of the smartest hotels I've found in a budget brand. For those who are interested in such things, it also has a compact gym that looks to be well appointed, given its size. I only used the exercise bike, but everything else looks well maintained. Overall, it really is excellent value.

Location excellent, 3 minute walk to new bus/train station and easy access to airport. 8 minute walk to town centre and all amenities, 30 minute pleasant walk to Titanic Experience. Lots of local pubs and restaurants, bar in the hotel open until late. Breakfast fab, extras on request ie oat milk, decaf coffee. Dining room kept clean and well organised. Lifts super dooper quick. Bedrooms warm and clean, beds really comfy, shower hot and powerful. Rooms serviced on request which is fab, don't see the need for room service everyday when on a short break. Fresh towels' loo rolls etc supplied when needed.
